Wirtgen Group acquires Benninghoven

Wirtgen Group has acquired a 70 per cent stake in Benninghoven GmbH & Co KG, located in M?lheim, Germany. Benninghoven is a successful manufacturer of asphalt mixing plants with a long-standing tradition.
